We are a “people” oriented business. That is, we put people first – our clients and our associates. We believe in fulfilling our client’s needs with the right individuals that possess the requisite expertise to provide a superior level of service while at the same time presenting interesting and challenging projects and opportunities for our associates.

We provide the opportunity for our associates to continue their career paths (with us and/or with their own business networks) and to supplement their income through our network. Most of our associate members are independent contractors responsible for their own expenses such as taxes and medical and other benefits. In most cases, we will provide our associates with a significant portion of the compensation received from the client in order to enable our associates to cover these extra costs and to provide them with fair and reasonable compensation for their expert services. We will also promote our associates to our clients should an opportunity for temporary or permanent placement arise.
